3 Kapu Kawhe™
3 Kapu Kawhe™ is a cross-cultural leadership mentoring programme that connects young MAPME (Māori, Asian, Pacific, and other Minority Ethnicity) leaders in the formative years of their careers (mentees) with experienced New Zealand executives and directors (mentors) for three intentional, intergenerational conversations.
Events & Workshops
Our events and workshops are open to Multiethnic Young Leaders Members and MYLN Corporate Impact Investors. These include the Annual Matariki Reunion and Virtual Leadership Workshops.
Youth Leadership NZ – RLOD
The Rangatahi Leadership Opportunities Database (RLOD) is a national platform connecting young people under 35 with leadership and development opportunities.
