NOTE: In order to uphold the quality and consistency of our relationships with Corporate Impact Investor organisations, MYLN caps the number of Corporate Impact Investors at a maximum of 30 organisations at any given time.
Corporate Members are organisations that enable our mahi and back our equity and accessibility commitment, whilst also investing in their own ethnically diverse workforce and talent pipeline. Corporate Members grant their 18-35 year old employees access to select member events and opportunities, including access to Multiethnic Young Leaders’ esteemed 3 Kapu Kawhe™ Mentorship Programme.
We welcome all organisations, including non-profit, community, and public sector organisations, to become Corporate Impact Investors and invest in the future of Aotearoa New Zealand and its young people.
An annual investment of $5,000NZD enables us to carry out our mahi and backs our commitment to equity and accessibility.

To ensure that money is never a barrier to access, MYLN does not charge individual membership fees or fees for most events. We rely on the support of Corporate Impact Investors to uphold this commitment and provide opportunities to ethnically diverse young leaders. By becoming a Corporate Impact Investor, your investment helps to back our equity and accessibility commitment.
Corporate Impact Investors’ funds are integral to MYLN’s mission of building a pipeline of diverse, inclusive and purpose-driven future leaders in Aotearoa New Zealand. These funds support our commitment to offering free events, resources, programmes and memberships to aspiring young leaders. This includes the Rangatahi Leadership Opportunities Database (RLOD), the country’s first open-access, single-source community database for young people under 35 looking for youth leadership opportunities in Aotearoa New Zealand.
